I started seeing Andrea for pelvic floor PT a few months after my c-section to make sure that I was healing well with the rehab I had started doing at home, and I am so, so thankful I was referred to her! She is kind and welcoming and is so knowledgeable in regards to postpartum recovery, the pelvic floor and how it contributes to overall wellness and movement. Treatment in her office paired with attainable home exercises have made a huge difference in my recovery and how comfortably I'm able to move and exercise again. I've also seen a huge improvement in the feeling and appearance of my scar thanks to the cupping and scar work she provided. I highly recommend seeing Andrea for pelvic floor PT!

Andrea came to my rescue at 20 weeks pregnant! I was having severe round ligament pain. I also wanted help positioning baby from breech transverse to vertex. Her detailed explanation of anatomy and stretches quickly relieved my pain. She sent me stretches and info via email which was incredibly helpful to reference. With time his position changed as well! She was so kind and caring and would check in often to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Belle Pelvic PT to anyone preparing for birth and postpartum! Thank you again Andrea!

Andrea gave me labor and delivery prep that was very helpful. She showed me stretches to do for the last few weeks leading up to my due date as well as pelvic opening positions to use during labor. These made a huge difference in giving me a very fast and easy delivery!

Im a few months postpartum with my third baby and recovering from my third c-section. I wasnt sure if pelvic floor physical therapy would work for me since I had c-sections but I talked with my OB and started working with Andrea at Belle Pelvic Physical Therapy and it has been a huge help! Not only is my recovery going well and I have a noticeable difference in my strength and stability in my pelvic floor compared to my previous recoveries, but I have loved working with Andrea. She listened to the concerns I was having, is so knowledgeable, patient, communicative, and sweet. Shes provided me with custom exercises to target my specific concerns which is why I am seeing the results I am. I am so glad that I am working with Andrea and feeling stronger and more secure in my postpartum body.
