This was the first time my wife and I had ever had to sell our house and we contacted Pam she was the absolute best ever she walked us through everything step by step just speaking to her made me feel warm and fuzzy like I was dealing with family she was there every step of the way answering any and all of our ridiculous questions and when the day came when it was time to leave my wife was having troubles crying because we hadn't finished getting our things out she called Pam and she was able to help and my wife was able to calm down and stop crying we since moved 170 miles away and it feels as though we left family behind we still keep in touch I would recommend Pam for any and all she will get it done got 50k over asking price
