Nathan helped us purchase our very first home. Our situation was not the easiest as we were looking for a specific type of property in a short amount of time in a tough market. Nathan dedicated endless hours when it came to educating us about what to look for when viewing houses and what to expect from the entire process. He even accompanied us on every single showing! He was an excellent communicator through the entire process and always kept us up to date which made for a smooth transaction from offer to closing. In a stressful time, Nathan guided us with a calm demeanor and never made us feel silly for our amateur questions (and I had a lot!). You can tell he truly cares about his clients. We can not say enough about how fantastic Nathan and his team are. This was by far the easiest and least stressful experience we have ever had with selling a home. In fact, it was downright enjoyable. Nathan is savvy, kind, and has wonderful instincts. He handled everything with grace and finesse and we simply could not be happier with him and the results. 1000% would recommend Nate! Nate is the most knowledgable RE professional I have met, he was able to guide me through not only a challenging and competitive buying market (with a great deal of patience) getting me and my family into our dream home, but also taking me through converting my current property into a long term rental. Nate's service was above and beyond as he walked me through different financing options I could pursue to fund the new purchase (while maintaining my current home), he filled my "new" rental with a great tenant and did all of the due diligence, all of the rental marketing including amazing pictures, handled all leasing and educated me along the way. This is all on top of being extremely patient with me and my family while we searched for our perfect home, Nate would always work to give us the best buying advantage, getting us into places early, and coming with us to every open house. Nate's knowledge of the local markets and commitment to his clients really shined throughout the process. His real world experience in RE investing, buying his own homes, selling land, zoning, etc... are some of the many reasons I will always work with Nate in the future.

Nathan had helped our friends find a home in Dedham, and they highly recommended him for first time home buyers (like us!). We had our second offer accepted on a condo in Medford and couldn't be more thrilled! Honestly, Nathan was a great teacher. We had a ton of questions and needed a lot of support having never purchased a home before, and he was incredibly patient and responsive with all of our questions. Before we even went to an open house, he taught us what to look for online. He taught us what we should be looking for in an open house and how to check the bones of a house to make sure it was good. He had tons of recommendations for mortgage companies, inspectors, etc. and helped us "quarter back" all of the different players. He gave us great advice through out the offer process and never made us feel rushed or that he was just looking to get something closed. He never told us to offer over our budget and was honest with us when he felt something was going to sell outside of our range. He is incredibly responsive and was on the phone with us at 10pm to negotiate a counter offer and met us at a home late on Sunday to tour a house where we couldn't make the open house. We were all over the map in terms of single family v. condo, location, bedrooms, bathrooms, but Nathan never got frustrated and showed us everything we wanted to see. I would hands down recommend Nathan to any home buyer- but especially if you are a first time buyer looking for a little bit of extra support.
