DalBon & Company hit another home run for us in selling our family home. Unfortunately, we lost our Mom early in 2022 and our Father made the difficult decision to sell our family home of nearly 50 years. It was emotionally devastating but the one ray of hope was Paul and his crew. They were extremely sensitive to our family situation, gave us plenty of space and let us work on a schedule that helped us cope as well as succeed. Paul personally toured the house and made a variety of great suggestions, fought with City Hall about some permits they never properly closed and made the whole experience seamless. His team provides constant relevant updates while dealing with the minutiae behind the scenes. Their use of digital disclosures and modern technology is like no other realtor I have seen. Paul has helped me personally buy and sell a few homes over the years and at this point I wouldnt even consider using another real estate group. I often compare Paul and his crew to finding a great doctor. Of course you want industry leading expertise on your side, but bedside manner is just as important. Paul sees the whole picture, the whole family, the whole situation and adjusts his playbook accordingly. My husband and I are snowbirds between Maine and California. My mother passed away May 2021. My sisters and I grew up in Hamilton so this was a difficult situation.
