I have been seeing Dr. Roderick for a few years now and she is absolutely wonderful! Very attentive, reassuring and compassionate. She always brings a positive, solution-oriented approach to patient care. Highly recommend her and the entire internal medicine team! Its a wonderful practice.

I have had a horrible experience withe the nurse practitioner, kalubi in the behavioral health department at Beverly,ma. I am 77 yrs old, divorced and alone and was a victim of a house fire on March 11 2023, last week,December 28, I was finally able to return. I have severe depression .insomnia, and anxiety. Some medical issues as well. I was referred to the behavioral health department for support and help with meds to get some sleep. Kalubi was unkind, arrogant,interrupted me so I could not finish a thought. She gave me the meds that she ask would help. They didnt. I asked for a med I had used in the past and there was no negotiation with her. She refused to hear me and diminished my power to speak my own mind. I was in lahey emergency for 25 hours because of my inability to be coherent due to sleep deprivation.. I finally ended my sessions with her and got the help I needed from my wonderful primary. I have been emotionally damaged by her and even had a panic attack thinking I might be forced to see her again, I am alternatively crying and angry, even to today. I reached out to talk to someone in behavioral health for help with finding alternative therapy and there was never a response. My primary has been wonderful and supportive and with the sleep meds that work for Mr, I am beginning to heal.however, I feel that my physical health has been affected and I fear damages. Could anybody from behavioral health reach out to me?

I have been a patient of Dr Roderick for several years, and I cannot put it in words how amazing she is. Five stars plus ! Dr Roderick's medical team is a reflection of how wonderful she is as a person and as a physician. They go out of their way to accommodate you always! I drive almost two hours to maintain my medical relationship with this association and would not change under any circumstances. Thank you to all of them.

Having never visited Harvard Vanguard's facility in Beverly, I looked up a handful of reviews prior to my visit. Based on a couple that were negative, I was expecting the worst. However, "pleasantly surprised" was the boilerplate of my experience. I found the staff to be professional, courteous and respectful of my time. But more importantly, I found my health care provider to be fully knowledgeable on the latest research on the subject; patient and thorough in her evaluation, assessment and responses to my questions -- and respectful of my input. In the tug-a-war between reviewers, I'll grab the rope on the side of the Positives.
