The Patio Company

My husband and I are interested in adding a dining patio in our back yard and called to get the conversation and quote process started. After providing the details we had so far(general size and open to suggestions related to materials) to the woman who answered, rather than putting me on hold, just proceeded to talk with her colleague about whether they were even interested in taking the job. It was extremely rude and not to mention unprofessional. If thats how they handle the first interaction, I can only imagine what it would be like actually working on a project with them. Just awful!

Just completed a comprehensive design and rework of our front yard landscaping. The team was professional and extremely hard working. The results were amazing! I will work with them again for sure.

The Patio Company is absolutely one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. They were communicative about the project, professional and their staff are craftsmen with real skills. We did a driveway retaining wall with two sets of granite stairs and a walkway. TPC recommended all the products used - so yes they have great taste too. Railings for top step are getting installed soon. People are still stopping by to find out who did the work! Thank you TPC I love coming home! Services: Design, General construction

We have worked on so many projects with Michael and Lynn at the Patio Companya pool, patio, fire pit, pool house, stone walls, extensive landscaping- they even sent their team over to stain my wood deck! The whole company is professional, precise and they have so many talented workers on their team. Always respectful and helpful! We loved them so much we decided to keep them for our landscaping company. They literally just came over before a hurricane to put my outdoor furniture in my pool house for safety reasons. Asked for an estimate for a patio---estimated cost around $25,000 at $/sq foot given over the phone. Sales person asked for more details. Send a to-scale diagram and list of what we wanted. She was unfriendly and didn't want to come out to Boxford 'too far from Essex' (about 20 miles). Said they didn't do business 'so far away'. Saw one of their trucks the next week going past my house on its way to North Andover (about 25 miles from Essex). Guess this company doesn't want your business unless you live in Essex. Or maybe she was having a hard day. Must be nice to be so successful you can only accept jobs close to home. Look somewhere else---the salesperson reflects the company.
