Recently had the pleasure of working with Dino on a consult for a roof replacement. Dino was on time for the appointment and professional in his attire and demeanor. After reviewing the work to be preformed showed us the type of materials they used to educate us on the difference, discussed their warranty and shared some past awards for service. We then discussed the cost for replacing one roof or both of our garages. Dino was very supportive and even explained some of how things might work on the insurance side with them being able to defer for 6 months while Insurance companies can sometimes take time approving claims. All of this was great experience, we wanted to see how the insurance conversation went the next day but really wanted to take the time and share how appreciate of Dinos time we were. If youre looking for a full replacement, Dino will work things out for you. We went with another company in the end since Coastal Windows & Exteriors doesnt do repair work, only replacements.
