I came to Kyle with a laptop that would drain its battery in one hour. It was my second time seeing him with the laptop. He remembered who I was and helped me right away. He was able to replace my battery, while simultaneously, teaching me about batteries and important computer tips. The changing was not easy because of some dry glue, but he got it no problem. Now, my battery lasts for HOURS and it feels brand new. I cannot recommend Kyle enough.

NEComputerTech is the best. I came in as a new customer and left as a friend. The technical knowledge is clearly superior. The communication was excellent. The work was done in a fully open and transparent manner. The problem I came in with was fixed and then all the smaller problems and issues and updates were taken care of as well without ever asking. My computer was left in the best possible condition. The cost was a minimum while the service and results were a maximum. NEComputer deserves a 10.
