My experience of Gentle Dental Beverly was unfortunately awful. As a new client coming in, I would have expected a fairly seamless experience. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 3/4, of which we had a snowstorm that day. I got an email and phone call the afternoon prior to reschedule, which was completely understandable. I was able to easily set up a rescheduled appointment over the phone for today, 3/10. I received two emails confirming this appointment (3/7 & 3/9). Upon arriving at the office, I was told by the receptionist that they tried to call me about rescheduling again...I did not receive a call or email this time around stating this. The receptionist offered to reschedule me again, which I promptly declined. If they can't schedule patients appropriately, why on earth would I trust them for dental services?

Dr. Raju is absolutely amazing. She is pleasant, caring, knowledgable and very patient. She takes her time and explains everything in detail. She puts the patients at ease and never makes them feel rushed. She will personally call her patients to talk to them directly regarding any conerns they may have. She is an outstanding dentist and I would recommend her to everyone. Crystal the office manager is always pleasant, caring and will go above and beyond to make sure the patients have no problem scheduling appointments and she always follows up with them if needed. She returns phone calls promptly. She will help the patients with any concerns or questions they may have to put their mind at ease. She is very efficient and knowledgeable at her job. Megan who works the front desk is very professional and patient. She returns calls promptly and is always pleasant no matter how busy it is in the office. She always has a smile on her face. I am very fortunate to have found the perfect dental office!

Benjamin Polan is the best choice for a Dentist on the North Shore. His technique is second to none. Dr. Noor Omar has the same standards as Dr. Polan; she is a Spectacular Dentist. Everyone else on staff is the best in the business; assistants, hygienists, billing & reception. All good.
