We were deciding between remodeling and buying, and I had the opportunity to have a consult with Lidia. While it made more sense for us to buy, I was incredibly impressed with Lidias approach, work, and overall ideas on our potential project. I would definitely feel comfortable working with the Pionarch teams in the future!

Honestly, my wife and I were not looking forward to a recent project that we needed to have done. Our experiences with working with various contractors over the past couple decades have gone from bad to worse. It seems that a good, professional, and reliable contractor is a species on the verge of extinction. Michael at Pionarch renewed our faith in the profession. His communication was impeccable. He did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. His crew worked very neatly, so we never felt we were living in a construction site. Michael was also very knowledgeable about the building codes, the latest building materials, and how things should be done in order to withstand the test of time. His professional experience when we met with the inevitable unexpected situations was obvious and invaluable. Truly a pleasure to work with! I could not recommend them more highly!

We chose PionArch for both the architectural design and construction of our project to add a 4th bedroom to our home and to completely renovate our master and upstairs bathroom....and we could not be happier with the results! We felt that we had some under-utilized space in our home and we challenged Lidia and her team to come up with some solutions that would add another bedroom to our home without adding to the existing footprint. We had our own ideas that we thought might work...but Lidia and Adriana came up with ideas that never even crossed our minds! We very much appreciated their creativity and ingenuity to address what we wanted to accomplish...but at the same time, generate ideas that were unique and not so cookie-cutter. And once we finalized the design, Michal and his team took over the process. What I really appreciated from the beginning was Michal's transparency and him being very forthright. Starting with just the quote process...where Michal will actually have his tradesmen come to our house so that they can see what sort of work they would need to do. And that results in a quote that is very detailed and precise...and our final cost ended up within $1000 of the original quote amount! When does that EVER happen??? Another aspect we appreciated was that Michal (and Jacek & Chris) approached the work like they were working on their own home. There was so much attention to detail...and whenever something did not go as planned (as renovations always do), they made sure to remedy it to its fullest. We are so happy with their work...and they were so easy to work with. We highly recommend PionArch...you'll love them!

What an unalloyed pleasure it is to give a great review to this wonderful design and contracting firm. We first came upon Pionarch, when we bought a lovely spec house in Rockport that they designed and rehabbed. We were so happy with that house, that we called Pionarch when we wanted to redo our bathroom, hallway and laundry room. First, we worked in the design with Lydia and her team. After several site visits and design concepts, we were ready to shop. They made the daunting prospect of picking everything easy and fun!! We had not picked an easy time for this renovation! Because of Covid and supply chain issues, everything was delayed. The communications we received from the GC, Michal, were very appreciated! When the work started, we were amazed with how nice, neat and prompt the team was. We could not be happier with the work! Thank you Pionarch for a surprisingly pleasant experience!!! Wonderful company!

We used Pionarch to do both the design and build on a master bedroom/bathroom addition and renovation on our home in Beverly - we could not be happier with the way the project turned out and have nothing but good things to say about our experience working with Pionarch. The design that Lydia and team came up with was beautiful and really elevated our house both inside and out. Throughout construction we spoke with Michal almost daily - he was always one step ahead of our questions, anticipating the next steps of the project and did his absolute best to keep things on schedule, despite having to deal with delays that were out of his control. His attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism were top notch. Pionach does very high quality work and works with excellent sub contractors, the finished project is really quite beautiful and blew away our expectations. We have future projects planned for our home and we cannot imagine working with any other company.
