Kathy is amazing and I highly recommend her as a coach . She has been an educational coach for our high school son for the last three years helping him develop his writing and analytic skills as well as improve his executive function and time management skills. Kathy is a pleasure to work with. She is patient, encouraging and kind as well as proactive with my son and she also communicates his progress with us. I build software and educational resources for students, and I've worked with Kathleen quite a bit for over a year. She has great insight into how to communicate with people. In my case, the biggest issue was for me to fully express the value and importance of what I offer to those who truly need it, because sometimes they don't see it. With her help in overcoming my natural reluctance to advocate for myself and my work, I was able to move forward. And that helps everyone involved (win-win).

I have lived in Boston since 2015 and I've had 5 different jobs. I am currently seeking a new position and transitioning has been a hard experience for me in the past (I find Boston a very tough job market). I decided to work with a job coach this time to try to make the process better. Kathy was highly recommeded to me and I jumped at the chance to work with her. I'm so glad I did!! Her coaching style works so well for me! She is encouraging, helped me set useful, practical goals, and most importantly helped me feel optimistic for the first time in my job search history! Kathleen is an amazing coach - I have worked with her for over a year, and previously I had no clue that how communication coach could help me, and it turns out, everything related to work and even personal life! She is always really patient with me and truly understands my concerns, and would ask thought-provoking questions to inspire me evaluate trade-offs and find solutions. My sessions with Kathleen were so grounding and productive. I had so much fear and anxiety about facing certain problems, but she leant me her courage, helped me organize my thoughts, and taught me to honor my feelings while still meeting my goals. With every session, I felt more and more creative, as I was accomplishing things and making room for more ambitious goals. She is a great coach for any stage of life or situation.
