Doing business with Mike was a real pleasure. When I was tasked to sell our mothers house I went online and filled out information on 2 different websites and was contacted by 3 different house flipping companies. Mike's bid was 13.67% higher than the 2nd best offer and after the person with the competing offer called to talk I told her that her offer was way low and she went up $35000 so I called Mike and told him if he beat the offer the house was his. I liked the fact that he came out of the gate with a great offer and didn't try to lowball us and was true to his word in everything he said. He bought the house as is with all my mothers furniture and clutter in the house which worked well for me and my siblings because we live in different parts of the country. I highly recommend Mike if you are ever in the same situation where your family can't come together to sell a property and you just want to sell it without having to spend time and effort getting the property ready for market. I would recommend anyone selling there house to go to Turning Point , they are very professional and responsive. Mike was the best person to work with what ever I needed he was there to answer all my questions anytime. Very responsive, if you message him they get right back to you. If I had to do it all again I would pick them all over again. They took a stressful experience and it seem so smooth and easy. They gave me a good price for my house. And everything thing they said they would do, they did , he was always available and ready to get in touch with. I was unsure what to expect when we called Turning Point Home Buyers about selling my house in Rutland, MA but they made the entire process easy, fast and painless. A friend was looking for property to refurbish or such and I suggested she reach out to Mike Yerardi that owns this company to learn more about flipping properties and how to go about beginning the process. Her intent was merely informational about this type of business and Mike was very forthcoming about his experiences and was very happy to teach her what to look for etc. After thinking for a few weeks about refurbishing a home she decided to go with a more traditional purchase.
