        I scheduled a consultation to speak with someone here about filing taxes as a small business. I came in for a 4pm appointment (originally 1pm but H&R moved me to a later time). The person I met with seriously lacked basic customer skills. She treated like I was wasting her precious time the whole time. She also tried to charge me more than what was communicated over the phone. Dont think Ill ever be back or use any other services here.

        Our advisor was great, but the cost is exorbitant. Almost $1,000 for me and my wife to file jointly, for about 1.5 hours of work. Way out of line.
