Storm Works Roofing & Restoration is a great company to work with. Our roof was damaged by a microburst. Sean, the owner, called me back within 20 minutes. He came out the next day to secure the roof before a series of rain storms came in. Great communication! Very responsive! The first clear day a week later they had everything ready to roll. PJ, the project manager, and his crew were also great. Got the entire 4400 sq ft house done in two days. We plan to have them come back in a few months to redo our soffits, gutters, and trim. Highly recommend! We are so grateful.

The customer service and responsiveness were impressive, including phone conversations, follow-up, and understanding my project. The information about the process of replacing the roof was detailed and all my questions were answered. The job was completed quickly and the new roof looks great. I particularly appreciated their service and work because I was not present during the project - all the interactions were managed remotely.

A recent storm damaged my roof. I found Storm Works through Google search and asked them if they could cover holes on the roof to prevent water leakage. They scheduled an emergency tarp cover of the roof very quickly, and the roofer appeared my house at the exact time of schedule. The tarp work was done quickly and completely, preventing any further water leak. Fernando, who visited my house for inspection, and Lori, who scheduled the visits, were both very friendly and effective.

After having our rubber roof blown away in a winter storm and having to wait on insurance to access the damage, we kept getting water pouring into the building due to poor placement of temporary tarps by a certain emergency boarding company. After some time searching, we came across Storm Works Roofing and Restoration. Our experience could not have been better. Sean worked with us diligently to accommodate us in such a time of need while the slow wheels of the Insurance company continues to turn in terms of payment. Our roof was replaced with quality materials and Sean walked us through the entire process to make sure we received exceptional service. His team worked tirelessly to get our roof done quickly. They are professional at their job and left our place spotless. We would 100% recommend Sean and his team to anyone in need of roofing services.
