Mike was incredible! We had been looking to buy a house for about 6 months in the crazy market and Mike continuously stuck with us through many ups and downs until we finally got our dream first home! Mike always had our best interest at heart. Being first time home buyers he gave excellent advice through his experience and even with the crazy market would always ensure we felt 100% comfortable in the decision we made. We cannot thank Mike and his team enough for all of the help in finding our home (and had fun with him doing it!). Would highly recommend Mike for any home buyers, especially those that are looking for the first time.

Jim Savas did a great job, helping me with every aspect of selling my condo in Watertown. He was always available, and had people to fix anything that was needed, so I did not have a lot to worry about. He even helped me fixing the house I moved into. To top it off, the condo sold quickly and for a good price. I couldn't be happier, Jim is a great professional and a wonderful person to work with.

The team from Berkshire Hathaway is essentially The Dynamic Duo. I have been working with Jim and Mike Savas for many years and have completed 4 real estate transactions with them. Each of these transactions were handled professionally, with care and consideration for our needs and expectations, and each time Jim and Mike went above an beyond. It's difficult to point out all of the intangibles as well. Whether its their advice during the negotiation process, referring a good electrician or locksmith to handle those last minute issues, or helping navigate the town requirements, in each case Jim and Mike went above and beyond. Jim has been amazing, he went above and beyond. He is extremely trustworthy and was available at all times during the process. Furthermore he made his high quality network of professionals available to us which was very helpful. Highly recommend.
