        TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE was absolutely delicious. One of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. The meatballs are also delicious. The meatball sub is one of my favorites.

        Thank you! I got a catering order for a work event, and everybody was extremely happy with the food. I used to live near here and we would get it all the time and it is wonderful to see that the quality is still high.

        Fiorellas seems to love the deep fryer, contrary to Italian cuisine. I ordered an eggplant Parmasan sub and the eggplant was heavily breaded and deep fried and overfried. The breading and deepfryimg overpowered the taste of the egg plant, which is a delicate flavor anyway. The bread it was on was a kind of inexpensive white braided roll. It wasn't very nutritious; the sandwich would have benefited from a crusty baguette type bread. They call their food Italian food, it's more accurately fast food.
