New house under construction—John conducted inspections at multiple phases that have saved us tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. We were able to get the builder to correct/re-do multiple issues because of John’s professionalism, knowledge,and collaborative manner of working with the GC. Will ALWAYS use him for any future inspection needs—including periodic condition inspections for maintenance purposes.

John is fantastic! I called him and he was able to come out and do an inspection within 2 days of requesting it. I had a contractor and inspector at the property st the same time and John was really patient as the walk through with the contractor took longer than expected. He was very thorough and explained things in a way I could understand. Would definitely recommend him!

Clark Hill inspections was wonderful. We did an inspection after purchasing our home because we are new homeowners and really don't know much about maintaining a home. John, our inspector, was extremely informative, patient, receptive to questions, and pleasant. This guy knows houses and knows how to explain housing maintenance. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!
