        I forgot my purse at the table where I ate. I called 15 minutes later and I was assured that my bag was in the back waiting, I was told that the two women sitting at the table next to mine turned it in to the store right after I left. I came back a half hour later to collect my bag, and found that a substantial amount of cash was missing from my wallet. I know that it was my fault for forgetting the bag, but it was still a disheartening experience. I am a teacher and student, and that money would have gone a long way. While the team at the store graciously apologized when I called to follow up, I am still having a hard time stomaching the entire situation/ interaction; it was a very disappointing/ violating experience!

        Went there in a rush to get my breakfast and the store manager Chanel helped me, she had a smile and friendly attitude. Efficient, on point and the place was spotless. Great experience in the morning made my day!

        I pick up bagels and coffee from here almost weekly for my team at work. The bagels are great and we especially love the cream cheese varieties. But most of all the staff are the best! I always order ahead on the app and when I show up my order is ready to go and handed to me with a smile
