I had such a great experience touring with Lorraine. She is nothing but exceptional. She is a great asset to the company. Please check out this property and ask for Lorraine for all your needs. She will go above and beyond in finding your perfect home.

I've lived all over the Boston area and this is by far one of the best buildings I have ever lived in! Lorraine at the office is incredibly friendly and helpful, maintenance takes care of any issues usually the same day and my apartment is very spacious compared to other buildings we toured. My husband and I both work in Harvard Square, so being on the 73 bus line is very convenient for us. Would recommend to anyone who is looking in the Belmont area!

The Bradford lacks all the basic community amenities typically seen in apartments with anything approaching its asking rent. It is a nice modern complex like others in the area. However, there is absolutely no gym, pool, theatre, or anything else commonly associated with "luxury" complexes. Everything else, from tiny storage units to access to a simple deck area, often entails outsized extra fees. Base rent in itself is massively inflated relative to apartments with similar physical quality and far more amenities located within several miles. Property upkeep is seemingly deteriorating over time, with major concerns like smoking, spills, and pet feces in public spaces taking much longer to address, although in apartment maintenance remains good. Ear shatteringly loud false fire alarms between 12 AM-2 AM were at least monthly occurrences until the last several months, with at least ten occurring before property management reached out to address them. Elevator breakdowns still occur regularly, although they will typically be fixed quickly as well - they remain disruptive. The local Cushing Square neighborhood is very nice and walkable, which might be a major plus for some tenants. A regular bus also stops right at the Bradford, running directly to both Harvard Square and the North MBTA Line. While this location works well for me now, I recommend new prospective tenants thoroughly investigate other local options before leasing here, particularly comparing price per square foot, amenities, and overall upkeep.
