Showed up same day, spent WAY more time than either one of us thought was going to need to try and unclog what I think is a silly blockage.. Due to builders taking shortcuts caused way mroe of an issue.. But he hung in there, even left to pickup parts to fix another issue he wasnt even there for... Charged a VERY VERY reasonable fee... James came out right after his current job, even though we were a new customer. He assessed the issue, stopped the flooding and purchased the part we needed and came the next day to install.
