        This chain store is impressive. Very well run and knowledgeable staff. FYI: appended my original review to note that this specific store is very well run. Went to a location in Shrewsbury [just opened] and they are having major growing pains. I'm sure they will work it out. Note the the staff in Shrewsbury: Rule #1 in sales - know your product
