We had granite countertops installed and paid extra for them to remove our old counter tops. There is a huge gap in between part of a cabinet and the counter. The installers used finicky wooden splints to support it. I called and asked for it to get corrected and did not receive any feedback. I'm highly disappointed as my parents used this same company to install countertops in 2 kitchens at their house. The customer service has been night and day. We then suffered a house fire in the kitchen and were thinking of ripping out the cabinets and replacing. We reached out for a quote for them to remove the granite and it was more money than the original install. I would use a different company if I was in the market for granite in my home.

Great value, fast and reliable, Vagner is a man of his word and does what he says. The installers are very good aswell.

We started off by having a good experience then it all went down hill... picking out the quartz counters and scheduling a day for installation (april 14th) was the easy part. We expressed that we would be replacing the current tile in the kitchen. Vagner offered to have his brother help us with picking out a new tile. On the day of installation, we were under the assumption that they would be removing 3-4in of the tile in order to make room for the quartz back splash to fit up against the wall like vagner had told us. After installation we realized that they just glued the back splash to the tile.. we called that night and explained how terrible it looked. He said someone would come out the next day and look at it between 8-9 am. No one ever came. After a week went by I reached out again. Was told someone would be coming out and here we are a month later and no one has yet to come out or fix the situation. To say I'm disappointed is a complete understatement. I only gave this review a 2 star because at least the color of the quartz looks good.
