The manager Sarah was incredibly helpful. I went looking for some gifts for my girlfriend and had no idea what I was doing. She was very knowledgeable and helped get exactly what my girl wanted. Recommending to everyone!!

I go to this store about once a month to buy my shampoo. Stopped in today to do the same and decided to also stop and take a look at the cologne section. The "security guard" followed me around the store the entire time even walking right up to me and saying nothing. A security guard...for a store in Bellingham....really? An extremely insulting and uncomfortable experience. This is why retail is dying. Will be purchasing my shampoo elsewhere from now on.

My husband bought a very expensive bottle of Valentino perfume ($140) from here for my birthday. He purchased the wrong scent, so I went to exchange the unopened package and when I told them I didn't have the receipt (because it was a gift) they said they would only give me $24.99 towards the exchange. So, not wanting to be ripped off $115, I went all the way back home and had my husband go and exchange this with the receipt. I will never purchase perfume here again. I would have understood if the package was opened or if I was trying to return it, but I wasn't. I was actually trying to exchange it for something that was more expensive and was happy to pay the difference. If this is the hassle I have to go through to simply exchange a gift, forget it! In the future, I'll just go to Macy's or even Amazon . . .where it's not a hassle to exchange something.
