Only one word RACIST! The WHOLE STAFF from the MANAGER to the SUPERVISOR! I go in there to do a pick and make eye contact with a female employee who rolled her eyes turn and walked away. I didn't want to be bothered with that attitude so I decided to go find another employee who then I spotted a heavy set bald guy and informed the reason for why I was there, he called out to the girl who didn't want to attend me to go back and do her job, they both left together, I stayed in the front for a long while they never came out with my stuff. I noticed another male employee informed him of what's happening he also had this face like he didn't want to help comes back with the stuff and just brings it out to the front and just leaves it there I ask its heavy could it ne brought out to my car he begrudgingly does it. I go home phone the store and asked to speak with the supervisor the girl picking up yhe phone ask who am I never telling her name or her title and hangs up on me. I phone them again the person who picked up the phone who stated he was the manager and his name was Steve. I processed to inform him of the issue to his response was "well my staff stated that no one ask for help" at this point I felt he was the same person who never came out to assist me so I decided not to continue the conversation with Steve instead I need to contact the their Boss who I'm not sure if he too is a racist or not, we'll see.
