        We have been very happy with the service from SERVPRO of Hampshire County. All of the personal who came to the house as well as Dani who handled phone calls and e-mails were professional and friendly. Thanks to Scott and Tony. Our basement is dry again, and the floor is very clean. Any damaged wood from the water is removed and an organic microbial spray was used on any other wood that had been wet.

        We ultimately decided not to go ahead with our project right now, but I have to say that all of our dealings with ServPro of Hampshire County have been above and beyond satisfactory and pleasant!
