Crown Pointe Apartments

I have lived in this hidden gem for almost one year. My experience at Crown Pointe Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding management led by Cynthia. Situated conveniently near routes 9 & 202, it is in an ideal location for those associated with the five colleges in the area. The apartments offer everything you need: newer appliances, new carpet, updated cabinetry, modern bathrooms and A/C. The common areas are immaculate, with lovely landscaping, state-of-the-art laundry facilities, and plenty of parking space. The neighbors are quiet but very friendly. Crown Pointe stands out for its commitment to quality and tenant satisfaction, making it a great place to call home.

A great place to live. Cynthia the property manager is quick to communicate with new tenants and is always reachable. Even though I could not tour the place in person, the virtual tour on the website was very helpful, and showed everything I needed to know. The location is perfectly close to bus routes, Stop & Shop, Dunkin Donuts, and more. Would recommend to anyone who is interested!

This was such a wonderful place to live especially for my first every apartment. Cynthia the property manager was extremely helpful and very quick to answer any questions that you may have. Highly recommend this place!

I loved living at Crown Pointe. Its got a nice, small community feel. Everyone gets along. Its quiet. The apartments are modern and clean. On the weekends, a cleaning crew comes and vacuums the hallways and cleans the laundry rooms. The grounds are meticulously taken care of with flowers in bloom all summer. Cynthia, the office manager, is very attentive and takes care of whatever you need. It is in a convenient location. There is Stop & Shop across the street, Antonios pizza, McDonalds, CVS, Dunkin, a weed shop, banks, gas stations, whatever you need! The UMASS #45 bus stops in the front yard. I cannot say enough good about this wonderful place. Wish I was back there! Love this place!

The best apartment I have lived in so far in this area. 1 min walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and 1 min drive to Stop Shop. The manager is also very kind and willing to help you with questions.
