Just called and spoke to Romeo. Probably the most knowledgeable person I've ever called, knew every answer to my questions and was so proud of the his work. Also was proud to be part of Carleton-Willard Village, talked about their high standards and amazing business model. I just had to leave a review because he was so great

This is a great retirement community. Sadly, the last time I visited was to attend my grandfather's memorial after he passed away. They put on such a beautiful service for him. He lived at Carleton-Williard for the last few years of his life and they always took good care of him, which was much appreciated by his family.

The new leads of this establishment have destroyed the healthy work environment that existed and was maintained for years. It unfortunately has become an incredibly toxic environment for staff (resulting in many quality staff leaving), which is ultimately setting the residents up for decreased quality of care and with how much residents and their families are paying to live here, thats by no means acceptable.
