Awful experience disputing a bill with this company for 3+ years. Complained about them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I recommend doing the same if you have a problem with them.

This maybe a scam attempt from this office. I am not even a Massachusetts resident and did not use any service related to this company. I am a retired US Army veteran and have multiplie insurance coverages. I called and asked and they hung up on me. Beware and ask questions. If it's a scan report this to the FTC. They sent me a bill for $675.00 with no explanation of what services were rendered. DJ Red Alert!

BE CAREFULL, IT is a Trap. When you apply for a job with this firm, they will ask you to fill out and sign an application in which you grant them the right to do a background check on you before making you an offer. There are several firms, like ADP, that will furnish them with your previous salary while you are unaware. They will make you an offer based on your previous earnings; this practice is prohibited under the Massachusetts Equal Pay Act, but by completing this application, you authorize them to disobey the law and underpay you. If you ask for the offer letter and to negotiate the salary before they conduct a background check, they will tell you that the policy requires them to have you sign the application before making an offer and that they will not conduct a background check until after they have made you the offer, which is a lie. BE AWARE.

My insurance company paid an ER Dr bill, over a year later these folks sent the invoice to collections. When we sent copies of canceled check to them where THEY HAD RECEIVED PAYMENT AND CASHED THE CHECK they then said it was sent it was applied incorrectly and until they had it resolved could not send me a statement showing zero balance. I have emailed once a month for months now trying to get a statement showing it paid CCing the 5 people that were copied one of their emails and they will not even answer. Sad excuse of a company, going to report to BBB.
