The owners of this business like to yell and threaten their customers, in this case a senior citizen. I saw it first hand, and couldn't believe my ears. Absolutely unprofessional.

We hired Alex to redo our lawn, install irrigation, and some minor landscaping at our house. The relationship started well, with Alex seemingly customer-oriented. He told us we were looking at 1.5 days of work for the project, but when it came time to do it, his crew spread the project over 2 weeks and our lawn was a dirt patch. The delay was very inconvenient. Fast-forward to when the work was completed - our lawn grew in with large dirt patches still visible. When we asked Alex what he would do to ensure our lawn looked like a "golf course" - his guarantee - he became very defensive and berated my wife (he's lucky I was not there). He was so rude and unprofessional that my wife ended up telling him "as a father you should know better than to speak to someone with that tone and language in front of children - how dare you speak like that in front of mine". Alex muttered something and left. This will be the LAST time we give Alex any business.
