I have both my business" and personal policies with Nichols Insurance Agency and have for many years now. When I first opened my business I was not sure what to do and how to go about it. Both the owner Erica and manager Shannon have gone above and beyond to explain what I needed and what my best options were and still are. I have had a positive experience each time I have needed help or have any questions. I can trust that Nichols has my best interests in mind with all of my policies. And that is a wonderful feeling.
