Bright Horizons at Crosby

Bright Horizons at Crosby has been absolutely incredible. We have two kids within the program and each have had the most amazing teachers. They got both our girls through a pandemic (and still are!) , and make each day normal, fun, and enriching. My kids dont want to leave at the end of the day which is a pretty good sign of how they feel. The Center Director Dianne and all the staff are just amazing. We love BH Crosby!!

We truly only have the best things to say about Bright Horizons at Crosby. The administrative staff, teachers, curriculum, and family app are incredible. The teachers cared about our daughter (2.5 years), and she loved telling us about all the things she learned and did during the day. We appreciated the detailed reports and photos we received every day, it made us feel like we were there! They had very creative activities every single day, and the snacks they provided were varied and healthy. Our daughter took a nap every single day, and they helped her solidify her potty training (she started daycare a few weeks after starting potty training). This is a fantastic daycare!

In the bustling journey of parenthood, finding a sanctuary for our children where they can thrive, learn, and be loved is a golden treasure. Bright Horizon's daycare has been that treasure for our family. Our little adventurers, Adam and Joseph, found their second home here, and we couldn't have asked for a better extension to our family. The heart and soul of this daycare is undoubtedly Dianne. Her nurturing spirit, boundless energy, and the genuine love she showers upon every child are the hallmarks of her character. She has a unique way of making each day a vibrant adventure for the kids. Under her watchful eye, we have seen Adam and Joseph blossom into curious, confident, and caring individuals. The environment at Bright Horizon is nothing short of warm, welcoming, and stimulating. The facility is well-maintained, safe, and filled with colorful, educational, and interactive resources that keep the little minds engaged and entertained. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to cater to the individual needs and interests of each child, promoting a love for learning from a tender age. What adds to the charm of this daycare is the sense of community and camaraderie among the staff, children, and parents. The communication is always open, transparent, and encouraging, making us feel involved in our children's daily adventures and developmental milestones. We also can't help but appreciate the diverse and fun-filled activities that keep Adam and Joseph eagerly looking forward to each day at Bright Horizon. From arts and crafts to outdoor play, storytime, and festive celebrations, the joy in their eyes is the testimony to the enriching experiences they have each day. In a nutshell, entrusting our children to Bright Horizon and Dianne has been one of the best decisions we have made as parents. We are not just satisfied; we are delighted and profoundly grateful for the beautiful memories, invaluable learning, and the extended family we have found in Bright Horizon's daycare. We joined BH Crosby about a year into the pandemic. Prior to this, my two boys were enrolled at a different daycare center in town where they had both been since infancy, but that center no longer had availability once we were ready to return to daycare. We had heard of a former daycare classmate that was at BH Crosby and they were very happy with the care. We have been absolutely thrilled with the care our boys have received since we joined. Having only been at one daycare center prior to this, I didn't realize that there was such a thing as an extremely competent, passionate, compassionate, communicative director as Dianne is. Dianne is an exemplary director. She is extremely organized and clearly enjoys her job. The thing I appreciate the most is how COVID-conscious Dianne is and how she always prioritizes the safety of the kids and staff. Jenna the health and safety director is equally as incredible with regard to kindness, communication, organization, respectfulness, and being COVID-conscious. Speaking of the the staff, the teachers are all so wonderful! We have been in the toddler, pre-school, and K-prep rooms, and have met excellent teachers in every room. The teachers appear to actually like their jobs, and I give credit to Dianne/Jenna for that! The teachers have nurtured and cared for my boys, and I trust them implicitly with my boys. I know the boys are always safe when they're at school. They ALWAYS have fun. They have grown leaps and bounds academically and overall developmentally since we've been there. I can't say enough good things about BH Crosby. I'm so sad my first son will be leaving (he's entering K this fall) but I'm so relieved my younger son will be there for two more years!!

We have been at this center for 5.5yrs with two children and have so many incredible things to say about this school. The curriculum left our children more than prepared for elementary school. The teachers are an extension of our family in caring for our children. And the center is run by a Director who is amongst the best. We could not have picked a better school for our children.
