        We have been here almost a year now and we love it. The neighbors are nice and community is quiet and well taken care of. Justin, Steve and his team are always here to help. Really nothing to complain about. Look forward to more years here at Avalon. Oh one thing that would be nice to have is to have a few charging stations in case any of us wants an EV.

        Ive lived here for about 7 months now and feel really lucky to have found such a quaint, peaceful and safe community in MA. Its hard to find a townhome near Boston and this was a superb find- especially having lived in many apartment complexes over the last 15 years I can confidently say this one is top notch. Special shout-out to Steve our maintenance super hero who is always available at a moments notice for anything you need (to be fixed or a friendly chat) and Justin who is very responsible and quite attentive to issues that arise. As a former leasing professional myself I find the team to be pleasant, prompt and reliable. Highly recommend !

        Five stars for the Maintenance staff. Steve Roberts is the best thing about this place, that we are very happy living in. He has a great attitude, is always available, and is super competent. We choose to rent because we don't want to worry about maintenance and Steve is always here to do what needs to be done.

        We are living at Avalon Bedford since April 2017. We really glad to be here. Justin and Steve are awesome they always helpful and kind.Whatever we request some fixing and changing something they always did right away.Also our community safe and secure place.Neighbors are good and respectful We are so happy living at Avalon Bedford.
