Pat Bagni-Latimer is absolutely, positively, AMAZING! At a very stressful time for me, she made the process of finding a new apartment so easy. She found the perfect place for me and was very straight forward and honest about every step of the rental process. It took some time to find the right place, but I I love my new home. She treated me like family and even came by on the day I moved in to see if I needed anything. How many realtors do that for a renter? NONE!!! I cant say enough about how wonderful this woman is to deal with. We keep in touch because she is just that kind of person. I have referred many folks to her and MA Real Estate Center and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for all of your efforts and being so wonderful through it all!

I was getting more than frustrated at trying to find an agent that would help me find my new home. I am relocating from New Jersey to Massachusetts and was looking for over a month for anyone that would help me, without success.... until Pat contacted me and offered to help. What a wonderful experience! A total professional who handled this as if she was family. In less than 36 hours, she showed me properties that met my criteria and signed the lease! In all my decades on this earth, it has been rare to find a company or an individual who actually cared about helping a client find what they wanted. There are no better realtors than Pat and Ron!

My wife and I were on our search for our forever home, which was not so easy with my progressive disease. Pat and Ron not only learned what was needed for me at the moment but in the the future as well. After a normal amount of time, (best things come when u wait) and visits of what was out there we found our home. We just have to move in. Recently reached out about a rental property I was interested in. I spoke to Pat early the next morning after my inquiry. She agreed to meet me 15 minutes later to see the property - truly amazing! Over the next few days, Pat and I communicated several times. She always responds VERY quickly with accurate information. I have found her to be friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I highly recommend her.

Pat bagni-latimer is very unfriendly. I called excited about a rental and she made me feel like I was talking to someone at the RMV. I am not sure why is in real estate or how she has clients with her attitude. But i recommend using another agent to list your properties.
