This past year I've worked with Sally and Marcus to come up with a concept plan for my property. Needless to say I am thrilled that after our initial meeting, which was made incredibly easy on Zoom, they were able to take all of our must haves and wish list items and make them a reality on our small and challenging space. Having a plan in place to see the full potential of my property is THRILLING! I can see their vision and am full of excitement to implement each step. What is most impressive of Marcus and Sally is their professionalism and extensive knowledge of their craft. We've begun work to make this dream a reality and I feel so confident to be working with such an amazing team! They are worth every cent!

We never had a good-looking yard, and after completing a home renovation project we were left with a yard that was in need of a great deal of work. We trusted Ream Design to this blank canvas and the result is a masterpiece we are so tremendously pleased with the result. The design was professional, patient and collaborative, and the landscape and hardscape construction was both quick and thorough. We are so impressed with Ream Designs expertise and friendly manner that we continue to have them maintain our yard. Anybody looking for great landscape design, professional construction, and reliable maintenance will love working with Ream Design.

I am very disappointed in this company. I guess if you have $25,000 or more to spend, they might do a good job for you. But I have a modest house and a modest budget and wanted a simple landscaping plan for my home. I was told six weeks, I had to wait eight weeks and when I received the plan there were numerous errors. I requested corrections to be made and have them sent to me a soon as possible. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting. I had to pay in full upfront and have no recourse. I have not heard back from Sally Ream personally via phone despite numerous phone calls and emails. No apology or excuse as to why this simple project is still not complete. I wish she had been straight with me from the beginning and let me know that since it's such a small project I would be put on the back burner and basically ignored. If she had just been straight with me up front and said she wasn't interested in a small project that would've been fine and I would have looked elsewhere. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
