Neither my receipt nor the mechanic verified that the tune-up I requested was done, so I have no idea what was actually checked. The mechanic would only say, sort of vaguely, that he "didn't notice anything." I got the impression he wasn't supposed to talk to me Further, I believe either the clutch fluid wasn't changed, or the clutch wasn't inspected, or the fluid wasn't bled properly, or a combination, because the fluid is dark, and it was low. I had to top it off and bleed it myself. The extra star is for the receptionist being nice, whether or not she had anything to do with the documentation.

Cannot say enough good things about Welch and I echo what others have noted. Super honest, informative, and fair in terms of prices. So easy to work with when you need to schedule work. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Great service, friendly and very professional. Moved to the area eight years ago got referred to them and won't go anywhere else. Don't have to worry that a mechanic is overcharging me or doing needles repairs..

Brought my car there And told them my My CV joint needed to be replaced. Told me he wasn't gonna go just do that Without looking at it which was reasonable. So So I left my car there for them to look at it and work on it. Told me that it was the ball joint. And there was nothing wrong with the axles. But yet when I make short terms, it still does the same thing on the same side. In my windshield, weather has been caught with a metal cutter. My negative battery cable was loosened up. I had none of those extra problems before I bring it there.
