They answered my questions about the options and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Pricing for what I got was more than fair.       Good morning, my apologies you did not receive a return call as quickly as you would have liked. We return emergency calls first and because of the heat wave....we had lots of customers that needed help. Many of our customers have health issues and elderly family members that require immediate attention. Other calls such as scheduling maintenance or quotes are returned the next business day, which I do believe I did that. We wish you the best with your current HVAC provider
