Town Fair Tire

Went to Town Fair Tires a second time . The customer service is horrible . The manager doesnt let you get a word in after asking what is the issue with the tires. Seemed very irritated that I Was trying to use the services that the company provides under warranty. Ive been to many other Town fair tires in Mass and outside of Mass and never have been treated so poorly by a company before ! There seemed to be a lot of animosity towards me since I walked in for whatever reason and this isnt the first time Ive had this encounter with this MANAGER! He was very condescending as if I was ignorant to the issues pertaining to my vehicle and there store policy.

This is place is trash and they know it. Replaced brakes for $1000 when it was the rotors. I had to replace brakes and rotors second time but not with NTB. They don't know what they're doing at all. Don't recommend. Manager is no help. He know nothing either. Only offers a small discount when if you have to come back for same problem. Don't bother with them. No need for the credit card either. Trash this company.

I went in for 4 new tires, it took 1 1/2 longer that quoted, they cracked 80% of my lug nuts and failed to tighten one of my locking nuts. They let me drive home with in very dangerous situation. I then had to go back and wait another 2 hours from them to fix the problems they caused. Management only provided lip service and did not take responsibility for the inconvenience.

DON'T GO THERE!!! Very Unprofessional service and unfriendly staff. Took a hour and half to get an oil change. Receptionists are cold, disinterested, and lack of professional manner. Charge $100 for oil change. No any additional service as you usually get from other service providers. They are so stupid and didn't put the mirage for you next oils change. In addition, My truck door didn't close correctly. Will never go there again! Mass tire and auto does a better job than NTB.

I showed up for my appointment only to find out that it was going to take 2 plus hours to get 1 tire balanced & mounted. There only 1 person working. According to him he has had 4 people quit in the past week or so. I couldn't reschedule because he didn't know when he would be getting more help. I would just have to walk in & wait. I wish someone had told me this when I made the appointment. I wouldn't advise going to the store in avon for a while.
