Unfortunately my experience with Exteriorscape and Anthony, it's owner, has been terrible. We ordered 12 6' arborvitaes to be planted. All trees were 100% warrantied for 4 months, two of the trees completely died within the Warranty period. The company did not return our phone calls requesting that they come see the trees during our warranty period. Basically they blew us off, then when they finally did come to the property to view the dead trees 7 months later, they claimed we never called them to complain and they blamed the dead trees on my dog. Anthony, the owner, was very rude. He refused to sit down to discuss the matter, he stood over me with crossed arms in a very aggressive manner. I was glad that my husband was there, otherwise I would have felt very frightened by Anthony's demeanor. I do not recommend this company based on the customer service I have received, they did not standby their warranty period any they did not return my phone calls. There are many landscaping companies in the Milton area to choose from, I suggest Malloy Landscaping we have since used them and they are a quality upstanding company with wonder customer service. Stay clear of Exteriorscape and especially Anthony the owner.
