Mastercraft Roofing Siding Windows

I had a very large roof replacement project on a complex cedar shake roof. From the initial engagement and assessment, John O'Brien was fantastic in terms of timeliness of his visits, flexibility of time and always available to answer questions before I chose my product and project. Initially, I was set on replacing the shakes, but the cost was prohibitive due to inflation, etc., John focused on the project visual result needed and suggested some alternatives including one, Enviroshake, which I had never heard of. After thoroughly walking me through the details of this alternative, the alternative became my choice, saving me considerable money and time, but actually looks better than the original shake. When the time came for the project, I couldn't have asked for a more complete, expectation-setting and final result. Very professional team. We had our entire house siding (2 layers) removed and new Hardie product put up. We also had new gutters installed. The MasterCraft team did a great job. I had difficulty selling my house b/c my 1973-era shingle siding, trim, and gutters were in desperate need of repairs. I reached out to John and MasterCraft and couldn't be happier. Their work and crew were timely, polite, and hard working. How do I know they did a fantastic job? The house went under agreement before John's team was even done with the project. Great job!
