Tried to call the phone number that was shown on the Apartment's web page but never ever get to talk to the Hamilton team. Always makes me leave a message. Even in an emergency case. I sent my own renter insurance via email since August but the Hamilton company charged me under their agent in October! The rent is keep up the price ridiculous. Not recommended for this place.

This place is a scam!!! I recently moved out and I thank God for that. They have mold growing in the apartment and every time we called maintenance, no one seemed to be available. They finally decided to show up, and then they told us that it was mildew instead of mold. Our kids kept on getting sick and when we told their pediatrician what was going on in the apartment, they told us that mildew and mold are basically the same, that we needed to get away from this place asap. I could spend a whole day writing about this place and still wouldn't be able to finish. Before we moved out, we were sleeping in the living room since it was the only place that seemed ok in the apartment. The worse part of it is that we received a notice saying there will be inspection, and when the supposedly inspector came that day, they didn't even bother to come inside to check anything. That's when we realized that these people are just fooling around with tenants ,and they don't give a danm about us. Beware of them , when we moved out we thought they were going to do something special about the mold, they only sprayed paint over it. Just letting you know that these people only care about their money and nothing else. I was not planning on writing a review, but I just received an email from them stating that I recently put a maintenance order, they wanted feedback. Shame on you guys!!!!

This was a great place to live! The property manager was extremely helpful the few times we needed to reach out! Highly recommend.
