Though our initial delivery didn't workout due to no fault of the driver - we were able to pick it up the next day and with the assistance of who we believe to be the owner got the box loaded in the back of our car. Hope you enjoyed lunch n beers!

Worc Cty Air Freight was not the initial carrier chosen for my shipment, rather they were handed off my shipment from Global Freight. They contact me for delivery and handled several calls with me all in a professional manner. When delivery day came, the driver (Paul) informed me that my shipment could not be carried inside due to company policy. Since I paid my supplier (Hayneedle) in advance for the extra service, the office dispatcher (Christine) received permission to send another driver (Phil) to assist my driver with the load. The boxes were extremely heavy and these two men went above and beyond to assure that my delivery was handled carefully and efficiently. They even went a step further and helped me unpack the boxes and carry away all the packaging. I am extremely grateful to the staff at the company, because it assured my client's shipment arrived intact and placed safely within her home. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation and thank them for their outstanding service.
