Im really sorry this job is so stressful for you.
Youre taking so lightly into the microphone I cant hear you, then you have the audacity to speak up so rudely like its my fault you cant do your job or something as small as speaking into the microphone, lazy.

Honey Dew in general is a 5 star establishment but at this particular location, the batistas do not know that a latte simply means milk and sugar is added. A latte does NOT mean it's coffee. I have a serious intolerance to coffee so I always order an chai tea later. Lady gave me coffee and argued with me that I ordered coffee when in fact I did not and showed my receipt.
