The team at Capron Park is so special! Not only are they talented and amazing but the staff are genuinely nice. Its not normal to want to stop the dentist from drilling to continue your conversation with them. Cant recommend them enough!

First time coming here. Just moved back up north and was looking for a dentist near me. Havent been in a while and was having tooth pain. I am very picky when it comes to anything health related. I have to say this place impressed me. The staff here are very thorough and super friendly. You can tell they care about their patients. Carlene (I think that was her name) was awesome. She got me set up and did X-rays and Dr. Duggan checked my teeth that were in pain. Both were very knowledgeable and I liked how informative Dr. Duggan was. They are experts at their job. This team could run circles around the last dentist I went to. , but I wont get into that! All around great vibe here. If youre looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Capron Park.

From the moment I walked in to when I left was an amazing experience. This was my first time at this dental office and even left with a goodie bag. 10/10 recommend.

I gave this a one star based on how the office is run. Office manager practices deceitful billing, lies, overcharges. I was D/C from an I process appointment for questioning these. Took 3 months I was a patient to get a bill. When I did it was not accurate. I was refused an itemized bill. Maybe in experienced and new. However judgmental, deciptful, billing and zero skill set to problem solve. Out of spite this office manager charged my card at 7 pm. Be Ware of all charges. Office manager most unprofessional and sneaky of any office manager in any practice Ive worked in or been in. I had to escalate out of fear she had my information I got a ton of random charges immediately following. Staff is kind, knowledgeable. General dentist ok, periodontist thinks with $$ first and if youre not spending enough he wont do a case. Both above mentioned did leave me with infection became systemic and Cuse bone loss but I am a complicated case and sending me to oral surgery for permission to pull tooth I respect. However, takes cases based on $$. I was told this as experienced it. Something they should keep to themselves. Dentistry is a business and some will do work on anyone for the $$. Office manager needs training or another job. Charges, made up, charges excessively adjusted, lies, if they dont keep your card on file Im curious as to why mine was charge at 6:50 P.M. 10 hours after I was taken from my chair and paid for services before I had the procedure to being dismissed from the practice not having procedure, Becuse I questioned the billing practices of office manager who can not handle problem solving like a professional. Every call and text comes from Attleboro Dental. When I get out I call back. This manager has a work/reality . A business who doesnt use business telephone to collect money is a red flag, all calls should display company name. Then I got about 6 Amazon charged and a second charge attempt at 7 pm. Just be aware. Rest of practice is good.
