My son was here for 2-3years, preschool & pre-k. We had to transition to a new school for reasons not the fault of TLS & it was then that I realized how good I had it. They do daily updates and pics, great communication- keeping calendars and info update and flowing to your email, seamless payment & great staff. When I complained to a friend that my new school rarely utilizes their app she said I was spoiled before.. she was right !
Ken runs a tight ship & I always appreciated that. My son still asks about his teachers.. Joselyn, Brenda, Carolyn & how much fun he had there.
Parking isnt ideal but not much can be done there. Overall, would recommend to a local family looking for a communicative, updated, friendly & clean environment.

Customer side of things are great!! Unfortunately, Kenny and Hala do not treat their employees the best. I was sad to see their exploitation of these kind, smart young women. Its sad that the owners dont respect them. Love all the teachers there though, they are great!!

Hello, I had my son in this childcare care back in 2020 and I was very pleased. His teachers were very loving and I was always able to speak to the owner on her personal phone. I felt secure at work and my wife was able to care for our other infant while he was at Twinkle with his friends. I highly recommend this location.

We loved Twinkle Little Star for our 6 month old. They are super communicative and the app gave us great peace of mind being first time parents. They helped make my transition from maternity leave to a working mom seamless. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

BEWARE of OWNERS. They took all of my friend's personal info when they hired her for a teacher position. She turned down a good job and lost that opportunity while waiting for this business to follow-up w/her schedule. They NEVER got back to her, even after she contacted them twice to follow-up to resume the employment process. Any business owner who -- #1 Steals personal info (SSN, copy of ID, gets background check--which is clean, etc.), and #2 Does not display proper courtesy and respect for others, and #3 Has no regard for how their self-serving, poor conduct negatively impacts the lives of others ----deserves to be called out and fail. I would never work for or allow such a "business" to care for my child. Poor character has no place in child care.
