From estimate, to scheduling to work completion, it was a great experience with the entire team at UHE. Highly recommend them!

        We recently hired UHE for two different projects and had a great experience working with the sales team. They were polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. However, we had a few communication issues after signing the contract. First, someone from UHE came to our house unannounced while we were not home and went up to inspect our roof (which might be okay for some individuals, but a little heads up would have been nice). Second, they scheduled a project date but then canceled on the day of (we had to be home from work so this was inconvenient) and it took us a few weeks of reaching out to them to reschedule. Third, a dumpster was randomly left on our driveway one day without notice or confirmation of the project date. While the installation team did a great job on the project itself, we have been finding nails and screws in our backyard and on our driveway. With a toddler and dogs that love to run around in the yard, this is a serious safety issue and we will be going around with a magnetic broom to sweep around our property this weekend.
