Pete, Matt, Jenn and Company were fantastic in transforming our plain, boring yard into a welcoming outdoor escape. The attention to detail, the communication, the quality of work and expertise are second to none. Not only did they provide so much of the design and labor, they also helped manage other vendors to ensure that all of our needs were met and the project was completed. Pretty simple reason for the one star. Contacted Indresano and clearly outlined I was looking for one time mulch spreading, shrub trimming. A sizable job mulching about 100 yards total of garden beds. Shrubs made up another 80 yards at 15ft tall.
After the rep came out to quote me on it and wasted my time walking through all this I got a text two days later that they will only work for me if I agree to full services. If that is the business model that is fine but it is not on the website, not told to customers when they call back, and not taught to their new reps either apparently. Nothing against the rep who was very polite walking through all this. Clearly just bad management and communication.
If you need one time services I would suggest looking elsewhere. They don't want your business.
