Extremely helpful service - allows you to identify homes based on your predefined criteria. As described by Ryann who ran my search "Zillow on steroids" - searching all homes is very powerful and allows you to narrow down potential locations. They were also able to add criteria I requested further enhancing the request.

Although we had already pursued a property with another Agent we had contacted Nextburb as our second option for an Agent to help find a home if our initial property interest fell through. We found the spreadsheet very useful and informative to quicken / narrow down our search. It would have been more helpful to connect with a Nextburb real estate agent right from the start to get to know them early. All in all this is a great service. Our initial property interest worked out for us.

It was a good experience meeting and speaking to the Nextburb team. They educated us about the process of house hunting, have good data sources and helped us kick start our house search in an organized manner.
