Rodrigo is sincere, very responsive and always gives you all the time in the world, for you to make the decision while clearly presenting the pros and cons of each of the showings. Added advantage is, that he is in construction business so its like having your own inspector, specially in this market, where you most likely have to wave inspection to get the foot in the door. But most importantly over the course of this home buying experience he becomes trusted friend and the relation transcends business. He made it possible to get us the house that we wanted while I was going through a family emergency and was unable to be present during the final stages of the offer. As if that was not enough he helped us solve our issues post purchase and he and his team are available even after the purchase is over. With all these great professional qualities it is hard to believe that he is also and most importantly a genuinely good human being. Point Blank: Rodrigo is the best of the best. He helped my husband and I purchase our first and second home, and he went above and beyond to navigate us through the process of searching and bidding. He has tons of experience and gives unbiased advice; you can feel that he has your best interests at heart and takes your hunt seriously. We worked with Rodrigo and he was amazing. He made sure to advise us without ever pressuring us to make a move we werent comfortable with. As new Mass residents we were likely more work than most but he and his crew were patient and responsive. In two ways Rodrigo was an invaluable aid to us. He was able to connect us to a loan officer when the first loan hit a stupid wall. Second while looking for homes he was knowledgeable enough to help with an on the spot evaluation of the quality and maintenance of the home. A tremendous boost when everyone is asking to wave due diligence!
