        Excellent trainers: they are all very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a great job of designing a workout that fits my current fitness level and to help me achieve my goals. They are also a very friendly bunch, making the workout sessions enjoyable! The place itself is clean, both the workout area and the changing rooms/ showers, and plentiful and functional equipment. I recommend to all, unreservedly!
