Pro-Tech Consultants Home Inspections

I just bought my first house, and I had Wayne do the inspection for me right after we closed. I had a great experience-- he explained the inspection process over the phone, did a great job setting (and meeting) expectations and communicating. He showed up on time, used some really nice tools as part of his inspection, and was just a pleasure to work with. He's very detail-oriented and thorough. I have a lot of confidence in my inspection report-- and that's really what I was hoping to get from this process.

I called Wayne @ Pro-Tech Consultants, and I was pleased with the turn around time for an inspection. I think I called on a Wednesday night and he was at the property 2 days later He was more than helpful and his knowledge and expertise saved me from. Purchasing "a money pit" he spent the time and explained everything in a way that I understood what he was talking about. Absolutely without a doubt call Wayne!!
